You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the g9k platform complies with the laws applicable in your country or region of residence. g9k is not liable for any breach of local laws committed by members.
Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only on the g9k platform. Multiple account registration (multi-accounting) is a serious violation that will result in the termination of all related accounts and the forfeiture of all funds and bonuses.
During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. g9k reserves the right to request verification documents at any time to confirm your identity.
You must provide your full name, phone number, email address, and valid bank details during registration. Inaccurate information may result in delays or withdrawal rejections. g9k is not liable for any losses arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the member.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your g9k account password. Do not share your password with anyone, including g9k support staff — g9k staff will never ask for your password. Use a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols for a stronger password.
G9k encourages all members to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. This feature provides an additional layer of security that protects your account from unauthorized access. If you suspect your account has been accessed by another party, please contact g9k support immediately.
Prior to processing your first withdrawal, g9k will conduct a KYC process requiring you to submit a copy of a valid identity document (national ID or passport), proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement within the past three months), and proof of ownership of the payment method used. This process is typically completed within one to two business days.
G9k accepts a variety of popular deposit methods in Malaysia. All deposits are processed automatically and credited to your account within the specified timeframe.
The minimum deposit limit is RM 20 per transaction. The maximum deposit limit depends on your payment method and account level. Deposits via DuitNow and online banking are typically credited in under 30 seconds. The g9k platform operates in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only. All deposits in foreign currencies will be automatically converted based on the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. g9k is not responsible for any exchange rate differences.
G9k is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests promptly and securely. Our withdrawal process is designed to protect members from financial fraud.
The minimum withdrawal limit is RM 50 per transaction. The maximum daily withdrawal limit is RM 50,000 for standard accounts, and can be increased for VIP members. Verified withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes. In certain circumstances, such as additional security checks, processing may take up to one business day.
G9k reserves the right to decline or delay withdrawal requests if there is suspicious activity, incomplete account information, unfulfilled KYC requirements, or an ongoing fraud investigation. Members will be notified via email or live chat of the reason for the decline.
G9k offers a wide range of exciting promotions for new and existing members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to stated terms and must be read carefully before being claimed.
Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the g9k bonus system — including registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses, hedge betting using two accounts, or any other method that exploits promotions — will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and termination of the accounts involved.
All games on the g9k platform — including slots, sports betting, fish shooting games, and live casino — are subject to both general rules and category-specific rules.
All confirmed sports bets are binding. Placed bets cannot be cancelled unless there is a valid technical reason, such as a match being postponed or cancelled by the organiser. In the event a match is postponed for more than 24 hours, all bets will be voided and funds refunded.
Live casino games are operated by licensed third-party providers. In the event of any dispute involving a dealer's decision or a technical issue in a live casino room, the live video recording will serve as the final evidence.

G9k collects information you provide during registration (name, email, phone number, banking details), platform usage data (transaction records, game history, login activity), and device and technical information (IP address, device type, web browser) for security and service improvement purposes.

G9k reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate a member's account under certain circumstances in order to protect the integrity of the platform and the safety of all members.
If an account is terminated at the member's request or for reasons unrelated to fraud, g9k will process the withdrawal of any valid remaining balance (excluding bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) within five business days after the final KYC process is complete.
Members who wish to temporarily or permanently stop their gaming activity may apply for self-exclusion through the account settings section or by contacting g9k support. G9k provides its platform and services on an "as-is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform operates smoothly at all times, g9k does not guarantee that the platform will be entirely free from interruptions, errors, or faults.
G9k is not liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, loss of data, or any damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, beyond the limits permitted by applicable Malaysian law. g9k's maximum liability under any circumstance is limited to the actual deposit amount you made in the 30 days preceding the claim.
G9k reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically.
Continued use of the g9k platform after any amendments are published will be considered your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with the changes made, you may terminate your account in accordance with the procedure set out in Section 10.
